Mark is owner/chef with over 35 yrs in the culinary trade, his experience spans from London UK to USA, working along side professionals in some of London's top hotels and restaurants. He is passionate about the dishes that he creates. His signature freshly made sauces are renowned. Mark strives to use fresh local grown produce, he hand picks cuts of meat, offering aged grass fed steaks and fresh Boston Harbor caught fish.

We are a family run business, with both of us experiencing many years in the food industry, having lived in London for most of our lives we moved to the USA in 2005 and have been owners of The Wooden Spoon Family Restaurant for the last 7 years. It is very much a family business with our children involved and each member of staff being thought as and treated as part of our family.
